In Guhk Be Gone, Elderberry and Echinacea pair nicely as known immune boosting super heroes with the Vitamin C from Rosehips. Add some cold and flu fighters, congestion easer Goldenrod and the heat inducing Bee Balm, and you have a formula ready for sore throats and the germies that cause them.
Ingredients
Elderberry, Bee Balm, Echinacea, Goldenrod, Rosehips and Food Grade Ethanol
Directions
Take up to 28mL up to 3x per day.
Some folks just put a little tincture under their tongue, it absorbs faster there. It tastes pretty strong. An alternative is drinking the tincture like tea. You can add a dash of tincture to hot water and some honey and drink it.
For the couple cup bottle of Guhk Be Gone, it can make one to two cups. You can start with a half and go from there. If your kid just sneezed in your face or you shook the hand that just caught the bosses cough, you can take the max dose once and it should boost your immune system to fight the sudden onset of germs. But if you know the church house has now become the incubation place for the latest and greatest super bug, then you can help boost your immune system by taking it once per day.
