Froat Balm Tincture
Froat Balm Tincture
Remove the frog in your throat so you can keep the disorder at bay.
Froat Balm is meant to help lubricate your throat with Marshmallow and Chickweed. Thyme and Sage are minty heroes. The mint family’s motto is “We like to kill things (virus, bacteria and fungus) and get on your nerves (calming)”. Wild Cherry aides in suppressing coughs. And to round it out, Goldenrod helps resolve mucus build up.
Ingredients
Chickweed, Wild Cherry, Marshmallow, Thyme, Sage, Goldenrod and Food Grade Ethanol
Directions
Take up to 28.5mL up to 3x per day.
Some folks just put a little tincture under their tongue, it absorbs faster there. It tastes pretty strong. An alternative is drinking the tincture like tea. You can add a dash of tincture to hot water and some honey and drink it.
For a soothing cough / scratchy throat syrup, add the tincture to equal parts honey then warm it slightly and stir to mix. You can take it up to three times a day or in smaller doses as needed. If you still have further cold and flu symptoms check out Guhk Be Gone and Leaky Faucet tinctures. They help the boost immune system and thin out/drain mucus.
