Froat Balm is meant to help lubricate your throat with Marshmallow and Chickweed. Thyme and Sage are minty heroes. The mint family’s motto is “We like to kill things (virus, bacteria and fungus) and get on your nerves (calming)”. Wild Cherry aides in suppressing coughs. And to round it out, Goldenrod helps resolve mucus build up.
Ingredients
Marshmallow, Sage, Chickweed, Thyme, Plantain and Yarrow
Directions
Steep up to 27.6g in a tea bag in 8oz of hot water for at least 10 minutes. Enjoy tea up to 3x per day.

Chickweed - lubricates mucus membranes
Plantain - alleviate excessive mucus
Marshmallow - support mucous membranes
Sage - antibacterial
Thyme - antimicrobial, antispasmodic
Yarrow - anti inflammatory
Contraindications
Chickweed allergy, daisy allergy, pregnancy, bradycardia, coagulation disorders, and nephritis.
Precautions
