Dub Ya D has a number of pain and anti inflammatory herbs. Birch bark that can help with joint and nerve pain as well as inflammation. It is used by the Cree Native Americans after a hard days work so they could get back out there the next day. California Poppy and Frankincense are mild pain easers. Tart Cherry works with joints to get out extra acid build up which can cause inflammation.
Ingredients
Birch, California Poppy, Tart Cherry, Frankincense and Food Grade Ethanol
Directions
Take up to 4.5mL up to 3x per day.
Some folks just put a little tincture under their tongue, it absorbs faster there. It tastes pretty strong. An alternative is drinking the tincture like tea. You can add a dash of tincture to hot water and some honey and drink it.
For the couple cup bottle of Dub Ya D, it can make make two to three cups. You can start with a little and go from there. If a storm is coming and your joints are yelling at you, you can take a little in the morning until the storm passes, but typically I only take it once per day. You can take it up to three times a day. If you still have very stiff joints you may check out the Detox tincture. It helps restore balance to joints as well as major body systems that support mobility.

Contraindications
Pregnancy, use of blood thinner.
Precautions
Not for children. Do not drive or operate heavy machinery, especially with higher doses. Do not use with alcohol, tranquilizers, monoamine oxidase inhibitors , analgesics, or other central nervous system depressants. Overdose can result in headache and general body fatigue the day following use. Can interfere with certain medications like blood thinners.
