Dub Ya D has a number of pain and anti inflammatory herbs. Birch bark that can help with joint and nerve pain as well as inflammation. It is used by the Cree Native Americans after a hard days work so they could get back out there the next day. California Poppy and Basil are mild pain easers. Tart Cherry works with joints to get out extra acid build up which can cause inflammation.

Ingredients 

California Poppy, Basil, Birch and Tart Cherry 

 

Directions 

Steep up to 22g in a tea bag in 8oz of hot water for at least 10 minutes. Enjoy tea up to 3x per day.

Birch - Joint and nerve analgesic 

California Poppy - analgesic 

Basil - uplifting nervine 

Tart Cherry - restoring plasma uric acid to normal levels

Pregnancy. 

 

Precautions 

Not for children. Do not drive or operate heavy machinery, especially with higher doses. Do not use with alcohol, tranquilizers, monoamine oxidase inhibitors , analgesics, or other central nervous system depressants. Overdose can result in headache and general body fatigue the day following use. Can interfere with certain medications like blood thinners.
