Burn It Out has a gang of warmers: Yarrow, Nasturtium and Cayenne, that help get things moving and discourage germs from setting in. Yarrow is a great contender for helping defend against colds and the flu. Skullcap encourages rest which pairs well with California Poppy that is a mild pain easer.
Directions
Take up to 8.75mL up to 3x per day.
Some folks just put a little tincture under their tongue, it absorbs faster there. It tastes pretty strong. An alternative is drinking the tincture like tea. You can add a dash of tincture to hot water and some honey and drink it.
For a couple cup bottle of Burn It Out can make three to four cups. You can start with a little at the first sign of an impending sickness. For extra support cover up blankets and help your body sweat it out. You can do this twice while keeping hydrated. If you still have ongoing symptoms you might boost your immune system with Guhk Be Gone, spport clearing drainage with Leaky Faucet or sooth sore throats with Froat Balm.

Contraindications
GI inflammation, pregnancy, bradycardia, coagulation disorders, kidney damage and nephritis.
Precautions
Avoid if you use sedative medications as can anesthetize lips, fingers, toes, may interfere with activities such as driving or operating heavy machinery, especially at higher doses. Do not use with central nervous system depressants. Overdose can result in headache and general body fatigue the day following use. Can increase photosensitivity.
